There is full sunshine, good soil and water. The soil can be made better to enhace the outcome of the first and additional crops to produce vegetable, fruit, orchard and or hay and forage for (animals). After
being here almost a year in the Bitterroot, talking with numerous people and buyers of good to excellent quality farm grown food we believe this location could be an excellent source of vegetable and meat for local buyers including medical, school, resturants and local individuals.

We are seeking one or more individuals with past performance in farming ( vegetable and or animal
raising) to partner ( your skills and capabilities) with our land and water to implement an effective
outcome of growing vegetables and raising some animals.

Please summarize your long-term goals regarding your land:

To make unused land with great location and water used and productive in a responsible way with
the growing of vegetables, fruit / orchard and appropriate animals as a successful operation.
