I am happy to work to mentor the new farmer and help them with crop planning for 2021 and show them our current systems. My preference would be to do training as soon as possible.

Please summarize your long-term goals regarding your land:

The land is owned by land owners who live down the street. The land has been in the family for multiple generations and they are not interested in selling the land. The land is in a conservation easement.

The land owners will lease the farm to a new farmer. The sale of the farm business includes the mobile home (and title to the mobile home), tractors, implements, three 100 foot high tunnels, one prop house, and 6 caterpillar tunnels, all equipment, and supplies, market trailor, market van, software, infrastructure.

The farm is currently a 225 member CSA farm, with one large wholesale account, one very robust market, and dedicated customers who order online and pickup at the farm.
There are 2 acres in intensive vegetable production and three acres in field crop/cover crop rotations. The farm is certified organic.
