Christmas trees, berries, nursery/ornamental, vineyard, aquaculture, a milking cow or a couple of pigs for personal use would be okay, but not on a large scale.
Over grazing and noxious weed neglect are not permitted on the land and need to be addressed in accordance with state law

Please summarize your long-term goals regarding your land:

We have a home/gardens/orchard/vineyard on about 5 acres. The remainder of the 20 acres is currently in irrigated pasture and would be available to a renter for lease. We retired to this property and built our home at the back of the property. The original house and about 15 acres are available for rent/lease. We are not looking to sell at this time.
We'd like to see the land well maintained and responsibly used employing sound agricultural practices. This is our retirement home and the land we would like to lease surrounds us on 3 sides. The view is awesome!
We are most interested in care of the land. We are not seeking a lot of profit but are looking to offset our expenses -e.g. taxes on rental land, electric for pump and irrigation water.
