The property has an extensive greenhouse system on it. There is over 15,000 sq feet of heated space and 37,500 sq feet under one roof of unheated space. The roof and sides of this space will open and close as weather dictates. I would like to see the property used to its full potential. I am also open to any ideas that would work on the property
