We currently lease/rent to a farmer. Looking for a more long term solution
Would allow conventional tillage, minimum tillage, no till, strip cropping, sustainable, organic, rotational grazing, pesticide/herbicide application, integrated pest management
Would like to work toward sustainable practices with less chemical herbicide but will allow them
This property is under conservation easement. It will never be developed. We are looking long term and would like to see it used to aide the local food movement.
30 acres are in alfalfa, I would like the other 6 1/2 worked up and replanted
