Land TenureBuy/Sell, Lease, Open to other arrangements
If you are interested in another type of business arrangement, please explainLand ownership is not top priority for us, but securing long term lease acreage is important as our farm management practices depend on increasing soil quality and organic matter. Lease-to-own would be an option for us if property owner is interested. We are open to current property owner/operators to remain on the land. Primary concern is keeping leased acreage protected from residential development. We are interested in agricultural conservation easements as well.
Please elaborate on the kind of additional training/information that would help you:Will need to gain knowledge of local soil types, seasonal weather patterns, and common crop-disease cycles from existing land stewards.
