I've worked on my uncle's hobby farm for a number of years planting seeds and transplants, he also has chickens and sheep. We also set up a vineyard in the back of his property.
I've also WWOOFed at Sabo Ranch in Harrison, MT in 2013. It was an amazing experience and really solidified my desire to become a farmer.

Please elaborate on the type(s) of agricultural operation you plan on running.I've been a student of regenerative agriculture for a few years now and my focus would be on running sustainable farming practices to rebuild soil health naturally. The long term goal is to make the land work for us and be able to make a living through raising livestock, planting fruits and vegetables to sell to the consumer through farmers markets.
