Please elaborate on the type(s) of agricultural operation you plan on running.

Our current operation is myself and my brother (-5 years younger). We run 200 head of cows, but are limited on the pasture available and could run more given our current base. We seek to run around 350-400 head give our current base properties improvements. We also have some irrigated property and are seeking additional acreage for farming and cash crops. We have dryland farming equipment but have not used it in many years, but dryland operations are interesting to us if the right situation is available.

Transition Arrangements

Buy/Sell, Cropshare, Lease, Partnership, RSA Grass Link, Open to other arrangements

If you are interested in another type of business arrangement, please explain

Open to any and all arrangements. If a landowner was interested in running share cattle along with our cattle (obviously details would have to be resolved) but we have no problem running share cattle to get additional pasture access. If a land owner only wanted to do a partial lease of farm ground and wanted to maintain some of the ground that is also of no problem. This is two up and coming farm and ranchers seeking a lifestyle that they grew up in.

Please elaborate on the kind of additional training/information that would help you:

Any crop production topics are always interesting to us. Technology advancements and management practices are also interesting.
