Please elaborate on the type(s) of agricultural operation you plan on running.

My dream is to run a cattle ranch, small grains farm, or both. But open to anything to help get my foot in the door. I just love farming and would love to find a mentor to teach me everything they know and maybe transition their operation one day or partner.

Elaborate on the farming practices you plan on using.

I'm open to all practices.

Buy/Sell, Lease, Partnership, Open to other arrangements

If you are interested in another type of business arrangement, please explain

Open to any ideas the farmer/rancher may have. I have a few ideas also, but would rather do the mentors idea if it makes them more comfortable.
