Unload fertilizer railcars and trucks into the plant. Schedule and recommend fertilizer blends based on crop removal and soil samples. Take soil samples. Do paperwork and keep track of income for the plant.

Please elaborate on the type(s) of agricultural operation you plan on running.Using the 'Market Farm' structure; we would like to sell herbs, fruits, vegetables, and eggs(on a small scale). Our plan is to form a CSA but still selling at a produce stand or at farmer's markets whenever possible. Minimal till, practicing rotational grazing with a home milk cow, a family meat pig, and the laying hens in an effort to rehabilitate and keep the land we acquire healthy and thriving.
Please elaborate on the kind of additional training/information that would help you:In order for us to build a sustainable business and be successful, we would like to gain access to as much mentorship and training as humanly possible. We understand that true knowledge comes with hard work and a lot of trial and error. Financial management is very important to us, as well as becoming certified organic.
