Independent consulting agronomist currently. Previous work in PNW hop industry working for a farm managing ~1500 acres of hops and blueberries. Worked as a research agronomist for a hop breeding company with contracted acreage of about 20,000 acres. Registered CCA and in final review for CPAg credential. Also have an MBA and business partner has 30-years culinary experience including restaurant ownership and top-level executive chef work in NYC.

My partner (business not personal) and I are considering a large farm-to-table, middle eastern concept, casual fine dinning gourmet restaurant in Missoula.

If you are interested in another type of business arrangement, please explain

would consider purchasing outright but would prefer a long-term lease arrangement with/without OTB at 10-year mark
