Developing an affordabe housing project on land I own in Phillisburg Mt . 407 North Montgomery . TO then turn the proceeds of that into developing agricultural infrastructure for the food desert that exists here in our larger area . Anaconda Butte to Drummond Turah . And establish small producers in the areas most affected by foods scarcity as our area has an aging population with no transportation options for elderly residents .

Food staples , root vegtables and hot house food items with ornamental baskets of flowers for high return on mark up ( we have a private market for these in Whitefish Mt Iron Horse Housing development residences ) Expanding the business to include employee ownership. ALso working with State agencies to provide land for food production that prison labor and people transitioning from prison would have a job. ( Deer Lodge ) Already contacted State Hospital on land lease potential .

Created soil Green house , elevated beds , organic , regenerative , pollinator friendly bio diversity . Rehabilitating a wetlands in order to hold water on the land and keep as much of an integrated " wild area " around the green houses .

Looking for partners who want to sell local produce and or "cottage items" like lasagna , enchilada's from local producers sold frozen . Commercial kitchen partnership and producer partnership to create and sell Montana food products locally and to higher end export markets. . This would be a non profit , putting the profits into creating infrastructure and access . ( Little "sheds " to drop food off in in say Turah , where people who order have the code on the door handle to pick up a weekly food order . Include food banked items as well )
