Depending on the lay of the land. I plan to graze primarily sheep, cows and poultry on a rotational cycle depending on what the foliage is doing on the acreage. I plan to buy and supplement hay and water when needed. Plan to own animals but would eventually like to also lease animals to graze on leased acreage. Electric fence will have to be installed both temporary and permanent. I’m looking for written leases only. Elaborate on the farming practices you plan on using.
Regenerative grazing methods. I want to sequester carbon into the soil. I plan to use high density grazing (HDG) and management intensive grazing (MiG) to improve soil health.Please elaborate on the kind of additional training/information that would help you:
I’ve had experience working as both a farm hand and as an electrician on various farms. This exposure has given me knowledge and resources I feel I’ll be able to use on a day to day grazing operation.
