There, he learned how to graft, prune, make cider, and sell apples at market. Kari grew up raising chickens, horses, and rabbits in the Gallatin Valley. Both of us have informally worked for many people in Vermont, New York, and Montana at homesteads and small organic farms. We currently work for an educational non-profit in Moab, UT and pack for guided hunting trips in Alaska.

Please elaborate on the type(s) of agricultural operation you plan on running.We hope to find an existing orchard in Montana and make hard and iced cider. We are also open to planting our own trees and starting from scratch on a piece of raw land.
