Please elaborate on the type(s) of agricultural operation you plan on running.No-till, no-chemicals with cover crops. I plan to add educational workshops and training activities on the property. Plan to create an educational center for school children to visit the property to learn how to grow healthy wholesome, local foods. I would be open minded in using or allowing community gardens in the operation. I plan to grow food for the local schools, nursing homes, hospital etc.... I also love research and I would be using some of the growing area to do research and field trials for organic farming. Plan to improve the soil life and rebuilt organic matter on the property. I would be adding pollinator gardens and educational bee structures for pollination and education.
