We are Homegrown certified vegetable operation, the rest of the 15 acres house family and interns. We are a part of the Western Montana Growers Coop and help serve wholesalers and a 250+ member CSA. My responsibilities include harvesting, washing, packing, labeling, organizing, loading. We also attend Polson farmer's market, selling veggies and bouquets. I started 1/4 acre of fresh cut flowers as my own business this season. I sold bouquets and loose flowers at market and weddings/events. I have been here 2 seasons . Previously, I worked on Raincrow Farm, Laonia, CO. 3 acre family farm with vegetables and flowers and at Holy terror Farm as an intern.

We are planning to establish a flower and vegetable operation on 2-5 acres. This farm will implement all natural practices, done mostly by hand and some tractor work. We would like to hold some type of certification-federally or by state. Our primary crop will be fresh and dried cut flowers. Our markets will be wholesale, farmers market, events or weddings. We hope to add a CSA for flowers along with mixed vegetables. Early spring will be early greens, some flower bouquets and wreaths sold online and at market as well as fall vegetable crops. We would also like to eventually raise some small animals mostly for our consumption and benefits. We are open and flexible to different locations and ideas!
