Beginning farmers starting a business on my land, Being paired with a beginning farmer who I keep in touch with on a monthly basis, Farm visit exchange, i.e. beginning farmers visit my farm and I visit theirs to give advice and share ideas, Email consultations, Phone consultations, Event hosting, i.e. hosting groups of beginning farmers for events or learning opportunities, Other options to be determined by mentor and mentee

Focus of Mentorship

The Anaconda Community Market is mostly interested in recruiting farmers, ranchers, and value-added food producers to our farmer's market for affordable, direct sales. We offer shoppers SNAP EBT and Double SNAP Dollar incentives to promote sales and increase access to quality food in our community. The Anaconda Market is each Tuesday, July - September, from 4pm - 7pm, at the Kennedy Common on Main Street. The first market is free, and the subsequent fee is $10/table.
