Briefly describe your current occupation(s) and responsibilities and list previous agricultural employment and experiences. If you are currently farming or ranching, please state the size, type(s), and location of the operation.

As a hardworking a dedicated individual with a lot of farming background, I hope to one day carry on a legacy and family name in farming. I’ve had experience in construction, running excavators, dozers, backhoes, anything you can think of I have ran. I have also worked for my family farming alfalfa, Bermuda, wheat, and other forage type plants. Most of my experience has been on bigger tractors and tillage equiptment. I want to learn more about everything in this life whether it’s growing, spraying, tillage, combining, cattle, and anything along those lines. I’m interested in conventional farming practices, not practices that are just terms used to make people in the cities feel like they are making a difference just because it is “sustainably farmed”. I know that farmers are stewards of the land and the land is more important that everything besides family and God. I really want to learn and help where I can. I’m a very hard working and dependable individual who will do whatever it takes to keep things the way they are and to preserve the legacy and land of previous generations. I hope someone can mentor me and help me one day own my own operation. Thanks for your time.

I hope to start a cattle operation and possibly grain operation to supplement some income and to rotate crops. I would also be willing to consider strictly grain crops.

I hope someone who is retiring or wants there land to go to someone who truly cares about these traditions and values, can help me fulfill a lifelong dream of mine. Hope to start farming any way possible. I know how much has gone into building farming families and the sacrifice made to have what many have now. It breaks my heart when younger generations just sell off generations of work just to make a quick buck. I want to be able to carry on the legacy, even if it is someone else’s, that was meant to be passed down from generation to generation.
