Adding a larger greenhouse and delving into microgreens and plant starts might be lucrative.

I have spent fifteen years prepping and working the land and building infrastructure. I have some ideas on how one might make the land profitable. I would like to give the reins to someone else so that I can concentrate on building more of an art focus on the land. (Ceramics studios, art studios, ceramics kiln, art-residency program)
