It is a smaller city lot, yet has plenty of room for organic gardening, a tree farm, chickens, etc.

Please summarize your long-term goals regarding your land:

When I purchased the lot, it had a foundation digging, which I filled in. As a result of a dry spring last year, the crop I planted did not germinate. The weeds, however, are healthy. My goal is to restore the land without chemicals, providing pollination sources.
